We are thinking about ways we can fundraise to buy plants for the Washdyke Lagoon. We also need help to landscape the lagoon.

In the Washdyke Lagoon Community Whanau Group, we are contributing to the sustainability of our local environment.

We are planning a trip to the lagoon in Week 9. Shane and Clint rang Opuha Nurseries to order some plants, we organised the time for the trip and wrote a notice to let parents know.

March 6th

Today we brainstormed some ideas for what we would like to see at the Washdyke Lagoon. We then talked about what we need help with. We started to write letters asking for help with planning at the lagoon.
